Single fold invitation to a "Rock and Roll Funeral Ball" held at the Mudd Club, New York, September 23 and 24th, 1979. The funeral paid homage to Mark Bolan, Cass Elliott, Jimi Hendrix, Brian Jones, Janis Joplin, Paul McCartney, Jim Morrison, Elvis Presley, and Sid Vicious. Eulogies were delivered by Gary Indiana, Taylor Meade, Jackie Curtis and Dame Viva.
