"Report" is an artist's book that contains a year's worth of research by Andrea Fraser into the effects of corporate art-collecting on the EA Generali Foundation and its employees. Fraser was commissioned by the Foundation to "gain an understanding, through research, of the circumstances and goals motivating the establishment of the Foundation, of relations within the organizational hierarchy as they are manifest in connection with the collection [of art objects], and of the collection's impact on public perception of the corporation." -- introduction of "Report." Contained within the book are interviews conducted by Fraser with members of the Foundation—Hidegund Amanshauser, Walter Brand, Gabriele Brauner, Sabine Breitwieser, Helmut Draxler, Klaus Edelhauser, Gerd Peter Furlic, Deitrich Karner, Edelbert Köb, Kasper König, Gottfried Mayer, Hans Peer, Wolfgang Steinwendner, and Andrea Überacher—as well as related photographs, and documents. Texts in English.
