Single sided flyer / announcement published in conjunction with "A Multiracial Holiday Workshop" held at Dancers' Workshop, San Francisco, December 22 - 27, 1969 and December 29, 1969 - January 3, [1969]. Instructors included Clint Shelby, Sir Lawrence Washington Jr., Robert Conley and Ann Halprin. Includes statements by Halprin: "We will spend our time together developing a performance. The performance will involve an archetypal idea that I've been exploring over a period of several years, but the idea itself is not as important as the workshop approach of a group of people working collectively and creatively to evolve a score to be performed. The training, the rehearsals and the performance form a process in itself the learning experience. Within this selected context we will have sound and movement sessions, construct environments, share ideas, and fantasies. The theatre today as I view it is at its best when it becomes a community of performing artists. The reality of this commitment begins in the workshop itself."
