Condition: Good. Folded in three as issued. Mailed copy with mailing marks and mailing wear. Moderate age related yellowing of rear cover and 1 cm. tear to bottom edge of verso. 2.2 cm and 2 cm. narrow folds of upper edge of paper with 2 mm. tear.
